Tenzo AI pricing and Tenzo AI cost compared with AI phone screening tools that publish a price
The short answer
Tenzo AI does not publish a price, so there is no public Tenzo AI pricing or per-interview cost to quote. When we checked on October 2, 2026, tenzo.ai/pricing was a Get a Tailored Quote form asking for your name, work email and use case (corporate recruiting, recruiting agency, RPO or other), with no plan names and no dollar figure. Its savings calculator estimates what you save but never shows what Tenzo charges. If you want a published number to anchor against, InterviewAgent.ai runs an AI first-round interview by voice or video from $149 a month for up to 100 interviews.
Tenzo AI sells an AI recruiter. Its interviewer, Morgan, calls or video-interviews applicants around the clock, grades them, checks for fake candidates and books the next round, then writes the result back into your ATS. That is the same job our own product does, so we have an obvious interest here, and we disclose it up front.
What Tenzo does not do is tell you what any of that costs. This page sets out exactly what Tenzo publishes, read from its own site on October 2, 2026, explains how a Tenzo quote is likely to be built, and puts twelve AI screening vendors side by side with every published figure dated. We do not repeat third-party estimates, because none of them trace back to Tenzo. Where we infer something, we say it is an inference.

Why it works
What your team gets with Tenzo AI pricing
Priced in public
Plans are published at $149, $399 and $999 a month, or half that billed yearly, so you can work out cost per interview before a demo.
Interviews every applicant
The agent runs the first round by voice or video, day or night, asks follow-up questions when an answer is thin, and scores each one against your rubric.
A human makes the call
Candidates land on a ranked shortlist with the transcript behind every score, and a recruiter decides who advances. Nobody is auto-rejected.
What it handles
Interviewed, scored and shortlisted on autopilot
The agent invites each applicant, runs a role-tailored screening interview by voice or video, asks smart follow-ups, scores every answer against your rubric, and advances the strongest candidates into a ranked shortlist for your recruiters to review.
- Interviews every applicant by voice or video on the candidate's schedule
- Asks follow-up questions when an answer is vague or a claim needs testing
- Scores every answer against anchors your team wrote, identically for each candidate
- Returns a ranked shortlist with transcripts your recruiters can check in minutes
- Publishes what it costs instead of quoting you after a discovery call
Why InterviewAgent.ai
One agent that runs the whole first round
Not a one-way video tool, not a six-figure assessment suite, and not a staffing agency. Interview, score, rank and hand off in one place, shaped to the roles and rubric you already hire on.
Interviews every applicant
A role-tailored screening interview runs by voice or video, with smart follow-ups, on the candidate's schedule. Applicants consent and are told they are speaking with AI, so no qualified person waits days for a first call.
Scores to your rubric
Every answer is scored against the same structured rubric, with transcripts and highlights, so candidates are compared consistently and the scoring stays bias-audited against EEOC guidance and NYC Local Law 144.
Ranks the shortlist
The strongest candidates are advanced into a ranked shortlist your recruiters review. The agent never auto-hires or rejects, it only surfaces who to talk to next, and your team makes every decision.

Six of the twelve vendors publish a price on their own site and six do not. We print a figure only when we read it on the vendor's own pages on the date shown, and rows we did not re-read today keep their earlier date on purpose. Tenzo is the only vendor here that publishes a savings estimate without publishing its own fee. More voice-first tools are compared in our AI phone screening software pricing guide.
How much does Tenzo AI cost?
Tenzo does not say. On October 2, 2026 the pricing page carried the heading Get a tailored quote, a short form (first name, last name, work email and a use case of corporate recruiting, recruiting agency, RPO or other) and three claims: screen 11x more candidates, hire 80% faster and interview 94% cheaper. There were no plan names, no interview allowances and no dollar figure anywhere on the page, in the rendered text or in the page source.
The homepage tells the same story. Every route leads to Book a Demo, Talk to an Expert or Get Started, and the footer links to a platform agreement and a DPA rather than a price list. So the honest answer to how much does Tenzo AI cost is that nobody outside a sales conversation can tell you, and any figure you find on a review site is an estimate the vendor has not confirmed.
Watch for a second trap when you search. Capterra and several software directories list a restaurant analytics product that is also called Tenzo, priced per location, and those numbers have nothing to do with the AI recruiter. If a Tenzo price mentions locations or a restaurant back office, it is the other company.
How does Tenzo AI pricing work?
The quote form is the best clue. It sorts you by use case before anything else, and its only options are corporate recruiting, recruiting agency, RPO and other. That points to a quote built on screening volume, how many applicants Morgan interviews each month, with the modules you switch on layered over the top: fraud detection, scheduling agents, resume review and rediscovery of past applicants already in your ATS.
That is an inference, and it is the one most buyers reach. Ask early whether the commitment is a count of interviews, a count of requisitions or a flat platform fee, what happens to interviews you paid for and did not use, and whether channels cost the same. Tenzo interviews by phone, video, WhatsApp and email, and a minute of voice is not free to run, so check whether a phone screen and a video screen are priced as the same unit.
Two more lines belong in the quote. Tenzo says it has 57+ integrations out of the box and asks you to contact the team for the full list, and its homepage shows Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Jobvite, UKG and Avionte. Confirm that your ATS is included, not a paid connector. And ask whether the 40+ languages Tenzo advertises are all in the base price.
- No published price: tenzo.ai/pricing is a quote form, read October 2, 2026
- The form segments buyers into corporate recruiting, recruiting agency, RPO or other
- Ask whether you are committing to interviews, requisitions or a flat platform fee
- Check whether phone, video and WhatsApp interviews are priced as the same unit
- Get fraud detection, scheduling and rediscovery priced as separate lines
What does the Tenzo savings calculator leave out?
Tenzo publishes a recruiter screening cost calculator instead of a price. You set three sliders: annual recruiter salary from $40,000 to $150,000, average screening call length from 5 to 60 minutes, and monthly applicants screened from 500 to 50,000. At the default settings on October 2, 2026 it estimated $161,133 saved a year, $13,428 a month and 5,500 recruiter hours reclaimed, and it added three outcome claims: 35% faster time to hire, a 22% increase in candidate satisfaction and a 19% increase in quality of hire.
What the calculator does not do is subtract Tenzo. There is no field for its fee, so the number on screen is a gross saving. That is not unusual in this market, but it means the figure cannot answer the question a finance lead will ask, which is net savings after the subscription. Treat it as a ceiling, and get the quote before you take the number into a budget meeting.
You can run the same arithmetic yourself with a published price. If a recruiter spends 15 minutes on each of 1,000 first-round calls a month, that is 250 hours. Our Scale plan covers 2,000 interviews for $999 a month, about 50 cents an interview, so the net figure is visible before anyone books a demo. How the scoring works is set out on interview scorecard software.
How much does an AI phone screen cost per candidate?
Among vendors that publish both a price and the volume it buys, the cost of a completed AI screen on October 2, 2026 ranged from under a dollar to about seven and a half dollars. The unit varies, so divide the monthly fee by the interviews included before you compare anything. A cheap plan with a small allowance can cost more per candidate than a bigger plan.
Tenzo is missing from that range because it publishes neither number. When you get the quote, divide it the same way and compare it with the figures below. If the quote is per requisition or a flat fee, estimate your monthly completed interviews honestly, because the cost per candidate is what you will be asked to defend.
- InterviewAgent.ai: $1.49 on Starter (100 for $149), $0.80 on Growth (500 for $399), about $0.50 on Scale (2,000 for $999)
- InterviewFlowAI: about $0.99 a credit on Growth (303 for $299) and Scale (505 for $499)
- Classet: about $4.98 on Starter (50 for $249 billed annually) and $4.00 on Scale (250 for $999)
- HappyFleet: $7.45 on Starter (20 for $149) down to about $2.33 on Pro (600 for $1,399)
- Tenzo AI: not computable, because neither a price nor an allowance is published
Does Tenzo AI offer a free trial?
Not a self-serve one that we could find. The Get Started and Book a Demo buttons on the homepage both open the same contact form (the log-in link is for existing customers), and the savings calculator offers a written ROI report within two to three days rather than a trial. An evaluation therefore starts with a sales call and, if it goes well, a scoped pilot.
Run that pilot like a purchase. Choose one high-volume role, agree the pass bar with the hiring manager before any interview runs, and compare the AI ranking with your recruiters' own verdict on the same candidates. If you would rather see a scored first round before any call, the interview agent at the top of this page runs one on a role you name and returns the transcript, the scores and the ranking.
What are the alternatives to Tenzo AI with published pricing?
For the same job, an AI agent that interviews applicants by phone or video and scores them, the vendors that print a price are Classet from $249 a month, HappyFleet from $149, InterviewFlowAI from $59 plus credits, and us at $149, $399 and $999 a month. HeyMilo and Outhire run comparable AI interviews and publish no figure, like Tenzo. A vendor-by-vendor guide is in our article on Tenzo AI alternatives.
Pick on fit as well as price. HappyFleet and Classet bundle an ATS and are aimed at frontline hiring, which suits a fleet or warehouse employer and is redundant if you already run Greenhouse or Bullhorn. If what you want is a recorded video round your team watches, Hireflix publishes $75 and $150 a month, but nobody asks a follow-up question. The wider field is on AI phone screening and AI interview software.
Our own plans are on the pricing page, with the interview count in every tier, monthly or yearly.
How do you negotiate a Tenzo AI contract?
Anchor first. Before the call, count last quarter's first-round screens, the minutes each took and your recruiters' loaded hourly cost, then pick a published vendor from the table and know what it would cost you per candidate. That turns a single quoted number into a comparison you control.
Then get six things in writing: the unit (per interview, per requisition or a flat fee), the committed minimum and what happens to unused volume, whether phone, video and WhatsApp cost the same, which ATS connectors are included, whether fraud detection and scheduling are bundled or extra, and the renewal uplift. Those six turn a demo quote into a three-year number.
Finally, check the duties that sit with you as the employer. If Morgan scores or ranks candidates and you hire in New York City, Local Law 144 requires an annual independent bias audit and candidate notice, whatever the vendor says about its own compliance. Our page on AI hiring compliance lists what to ask any vendor, Tenzo included.
