Qualifi pricing and Qualifi cost for one-way phone screening compared with 9 tools
The short answer
Qualifi does not publish a price. Its pricing page shows no plan names and no dollar figures, only a custom quote form, a headline offer of 2 months free when you pay annually and a 15% discount for non-profits with proof of status. What you buy is a pre-recorded, one-way phone screen: recruiters record questions once, candidates answer on their own time by phone or web, and the answers come back transcribed for a person to review. We read qualifi.hr on October 23, 2026.
Qualifi is a phone screening platform for high-volume hiring. Recruiters record their questions once, send the interview by SMS or email, and candidates answer by phone or on the web whenever it suits them. The answers come back as audio with a transcript, keyword identification and a summary, and a recruiter listens to or reads each one. Its customers include sales, insurance, pest control and retail employers, and it adds scheduling, live video meetings and an ATS add-on called Qualifi Copilot.
What a buyer will not find is a number. The pricing page lists features and a quote form, which is common for this market, but it leaves you unable to work out a cost per screened applicant before a sales call. This page sets out what the Qualifi page does say, what the format means for your recruiters' time, and what nine other screening and interview tools charge, each figure read from the vendor's own site on the date shown. We build one of those tools, an AI agent that conducts and scores the first-round interview by phone call, voice or video, so treat that as a disclosed interest.

Why it works
What your team gets with Qualifi pricing
A price you can read today
Plans are published at $149, $399, $999 and $1,998 a month, or half that billed yearly, so you can work out your cost per screened applicant before any demo.
The listening is done for you
The agent conducts the call, asks follow-ups and scores each answer, so recruiters read a ranked shortlist instead of playing back every recording.
A recruiter makes the call
Every candidate reaches a person with the evidence behind each score. The agent never rejects anyone on its own.
What it handles
Interviewed, scored and shortlisted on autopilot
The agent invites each applicant, runs a role-tailored screening interview by voice or video, asks smart follow-ups, scores every answer against your rubric, and advances the strongest candidates into a ranked shortlist for your recruiters to review.
- Calls each applicant from your company's verified number between 8 am and 9 pm in their time zone, up to three attempts
- Says it is an AI and that the call is recorded, and starts only when the candidate presses 1
- Asks follow-up questions when an answer stays thin, and scores every answer against your anchors
- Returns a ranked shortlist with transcripts your managers can check in minutes
- Costs about 66 cents to $1.49 per conducted interview on published plans
Why InterviewAgent.ai
One agent that runs the whole first round
Not a one-way video tool, not a six-figure assessment suite, and not a staffing agency. Interview, score, rank and hand off in one place, shaped to the roles and rubric you already hire on.
Interviews every applicant
A role-tailored screening interview runs by voice or video, with smart follow-ups, on the candidate's schedule. Applicants consent and are told they are speaking with AI, so no qualified person waits days for a first call.
Scores to your rubric
Every answer is scored against the same structured rubric, with transcripts and highlights, so candidates are compared consistently and the scoring stays bias-audited against EEOC guidance and NYC Local Law 144.
Ranks the shortlist
The strongest candidates are advanced into a ranked shortlist your recruiters review. The agent never auto-hires or rejects, it only surfaces who to talk to next, and your team makes every decision.

How much does Qualifi cost?
Qualifi does not say. Its pricing page has no plan names, no monthly figure, no per-seat rate and no per-interview rate. The page lists the features every customer gets and asks you to fill in a form headed Let's Talk Numbers for Your Business. The software directories that list Qualifi show pricing available on request. Ask in writing whether there is a setup or onboarding fee, since the Qualifi page does not mention one. We read the page on October 23, 2026.
The Qualifi cost of a contract will depend on how many people you screen, how many teams use it and how long you sign for. Since the page says users and teams are unlimited, the quote is most likely driven by volume rather than seats, so bring your monthly applicant count and the number of roles you screen for to the first call. Ask for the price per completed screen, not only the annual total, so you can compare it with the per-interview figures in the table above.
What is included in Qualifi plans?
The pricing page does not split features by plan. It lists one set of key features and leaves the packaging to the quote, so treat the list below as what Qualifi sells, not as what every contract contains. If one of these matters to you, ask for it to be named in the order form.
- Unlimited users and teams
- Audio-based interviews by phone or web, with questions you record or upload, or text-to-voice
- SMS and email invites, CSV upload or bulk paste, automatic reminders and QR codes that open an interview
- Instant transcriptions, keyword identification and AI summaries
- An analytics dashboard and interview insights
- Scheduling and live video meetings inside Qualifi
- ATS integrations, which Qualifi puts at 50+ systems, plus Qualifi Copilot inside your ATS
- Enterprise features including multi-language support and SOC 2 reports
Does Qualifi use AI to interview candidates?
Not in the sense of an AI conducting the conversation. A Qualifi phone screen is pre-recorded: the same questions play for every candidate, the candidate answers, and the next question plays. The Qualifi phone interview page mentions AI summaries and keyword matching to help a recruiter review responses faster, and lets you filter responses to review top candidates first. It does not describe an AI that asks a follow-up when an answer is vague, and it does not describe scoring each answer against a rubric.
That is a real difference in what you are paying for. A one-way screen saves the scheduling, because nobody has to be on the call at the same time. It does not save the listening, because a person still has to hear or read every answer and decide who moves on. At 300 applicants a month with five questions each, that is 1,500 answers a month for your team to review. Tools that conduct the call and hand back a scored shortlist are compared on automated screening interview.
Is Qualifi cheaper if you pay annually?
Yes, by Qualifi's own headline. The pricing page says pay annually to get 2 months free, which works out to roughly a 17% saving on twelve months of the monthly rate. It does not show the monthly rate itself, so you only see the saving once you have a quote. Non-profits get 15% off with proof of status. Neither offer says whether it stacks with the other, so ask before you sign.
Where Qualifi is the better buy
Qualifi has some real advantages a buyer should weigh honestly. Recruiters can record questions in their own voice, which some candidates find warmer than a synthetic one. It bundles scheduling and live video meetings, so one vendor covers the screen and the next round. It says it integrates with 50+ applicant tracking systems and carries SOC 2 reports, and it offers unlimited users, which suits a large recruiting team where many people review answers. If your recruiters are happy to review every response and mostly want to stop playing phone tag, a one-way phone screen does that job.
What we do differently is narrower and published. Our agent places the call from your company's own verified number between 8 am and 9 pm in the candidate's time zone, says it is an AI and that the call is recorded, asks a follow-up when an answer stays thin, and scores each answer against anchors your team wrote, with the quote behind every score. It speaks English on the phone. It does not run live video meetings between people and it never rejects a candidate on its own; a recruiter makes every decision. How the scoring works is on interview scorecard software.
What are the best Qualifi alternatives on price?
Among tools that conduct the phone screen and print a price, InterviewAgent.ai starts at $149 a month or $888 a year for up to 100 interviews, HappyFleet at $149 a month for 20 phone interviews with an ATS, Classet at $249 a month billed annually for 50 completed phone interviews and Ribbon AI at $499 a month billed annually for 100 voice and video interviews. Among tools that only record answers, as Qualifi does, Hireflix starts at $75 a month billed yearly and Spark Hire at $249 a month, both on video rather than phone.
Qualifi vs an AI interviewer comes down to who does the listening, so pick on the bottleneck. If your problem is scheduling, a one-way screen like Qualifi or Hireflix fixes it and your team keeps the listening. If your problem is that nobody has time to hear 1,500 answers a month, compare Qualifi alternatives that conduct and score the screen and publish what they charge. Our high-volume hiring software page works through the cost per interview at volume, and the phone-first options are on AI phone screening software pricing.
