Humanly pricing: Humanly AI pricing, what the platform costs, and priced alternatives
The short answer
Humanly does not publish a price. The address humanly.io/pricing returns a Page not found screen, which we confirmed from the page source on September 26, 2026, and every Humanly product page ends in a demo request. Part of the reason is structural: Humanly now sells five products (AI Recruiter, AI Interviewer, AI Notetaker, Talent CRM and its own ATS), so a quote depends on which of them you take. Of the fifteen vendors compared below, nine publish a real figure on their own site and Humanly is not one of them.
If you are searching for what Humanly costs, you are probably not browsing. You have a high-volume hiring problem, Humanly is on the shortlist, and somebody in finance wants a number before anyone books a demo. That number is not on Humanly's site, and the estimates you will find on aggregator pages are not sourced to Humanly either.
So this page sticks to what can be checked. It sets out exactly what Humanly publishes, read from its own pages on September 26, 2026, explains why a five-product suite is quoted rather than priced, and puts fifteen interview and screening vendors side by side with every published figure dated. Nine of them print a number you can budget against today. We would rather tell you Humanly is not one of them than hand you an invented figure to take into a negotiation.

Why it works
What your team gets with humanly pricing
Priced in public
Our plans are published at $149, $399 and $999 a month, so you can size the line item before you spend an hour on a demo.
One job, done well
You buy the first-round interview, not a five-product suite. It conducts the screen, asks its own follow-ups and scores every answer against your rubric.
Human final call
Candidates are advanced to recruiter review, never auto-rejected, with consent, AI disclosure and bias auditing aligned to EEOC guidance and NYC Local Law 144.
What it handles
Interviewed, scored and shortlisted on autopilot
The agent invites each applicant, runs a role-tailored screening interview by voice or video, asks smart follow-ups, scores every answer against your rubric, and advances the strongest candidates into a ranked shortlist for your recruiters to review.
- Interviews every applicant on the req by voice or video without a recruiter attending
- Asks follow-up questions when an answer is vague or a claim needs testing
- Scores answers against the rubric you set, identically for every candidate
- Returns a ranked shortlist with transcripts and highlights your ATS can take
- Publishes what it costs instead of quoting you after a discovery call
Why InterviewAgent.ai
One agent that runs the whole first round
Not a one-way video tool, not a six-figure assessment suite, and not a staffing agency. Interview, score, rank and hand off in one place, shaped to the roles and rubric you already hire on.
Interviews every applicant
A role-tailored screening interview runs by voice or video, with smart follow-ups, on the candidate's schedule. Applicants consent and are told they are speaking with AI, so no qualified person waits days for a first call.
Scores to your rubric
Every answer is scored against the same structured rubric, with transcripts and highlights, so candidates are compared consistently and the scoring stays bias-audited against EEOC guidance and NYC Local Law 144.
Ranks the shortlist
The strongest candidates are advanced into a ranked shortlist your recruiters review. The agent never auto-hires or rejects, it only surfaces who to talk to next, and your team makes every decision.

Nine of the fifteen vendors above publish a price on their own site and six do not. We only print a figure we read on the vendor's own pricing page, on the date stated, and Willo is listed in the currency its page shows by default. How much does Humanly cost?
There is no published answer. We loaded humanly.io/pricing on September 26, 2026 and the page returned the site navigation wrapped around a Page not found message, with no dollar figure anywhere in the markup. The homepage, the AI Interviewer page and the ATS page carry no price either, and there are no Humanly plans listed anywhere: no tier names, no per-seat rate and no checkout. Each of them ends in the same place: Get a Demo, Book a Demo or Schedule Your Demo.
Specific Humanly numbers do circulate. Software directories and aggregator sites print monthly ranges, and a vendor financing marketplace has a page titled with Humanly pricing that offers to spread a contract into monthly or annual payments. None of those figures cite Humanly. They are reconstructions from buyer surveys and each other, and a financing offer tells you how a contract can be paid, not what it costs. We are not going to reprint them.
The honest way to build the budget line is to price the vendors that do publish, treat that band as the market reference, and ask Humanly to justify any premium over it on the call. The table above gives you nine dated figures to anchor on, from $59 a month for a pilot plan to $999 a month for a full high-volume tier.
Why does Humanly not publish pricing?
Because it is no longer one product. When we read the navigation on September 26, 2026, Humanly listed five: an AI Recruiter, an AI Interviewer, an AI Notetaker, a Talent CRM and an applicant tracking system built for frontline and hourly hiring. A buyer who wants only the interviewer and a buyer who wants to replace their ATS are buying very different contracts, so a single sticker price would be wrong for almost everyone.
The second reason is who Humanly sells to. Its homepage describes the company as an AI recruiting platform for high-volume hiring, and it markets industry configurations for healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, restaurants and QSR, retail, franchises and field services. Deals at that scale are usually scoped against applicant volume, location count and integrations before anyone names a figure, and they are negotiated.
Neither reason is sinister, but both have a cost for you. A quote-only model means the first number you see is shaped by what you appear able to pay, and the only way to see it is to spend time on discovery calls. That is worth knowing before you start.
What does Humanly include for the price?
Whatever you negotiate into the contract, and it is worth knowing what each module does before you do. The AI Interviewer, in Humanly's own words, conducts structured job interviews using chat, voice or video conversations, evaluates responses with consistent scoring and integrates with recruiting workflows. The AI Notetaker joins Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams calls your recruiters run, transcribes them, writes a structured summary and syncs it to your ATS.
The AI Recruiter handles engagement and scheduling across chat, voice and video, the Talent CRM holds candidates for rehire and nurture, and the ATS is positioned for click-to-apply, high-volume funnels. Humanly says on its homepage that it is trusted by more than 1,000 high-volume hiring teams, which is its claim rather than one we can verify.
Humanly AI Interviewer pricing is not broken out on its own either, so the practical point is that you should decide which of those five jobs you actually need before the first call. If your problem is that recruiters spend their week on the same first-round screen, you need the interviewer, and perhaps scheduling. You do not need a new ATS, and you should refuse to be quoted for one. That single decision will change your quote more than any discount.
Is Humanly worth it for high-volume hiring?
For a large hourly employer that wants engagement, screening, scheduling, interview notes and an ATS from one vendor, a suite like Humanly can be good value, because the integration work is done once and the candidate never leaves one system. That is a real buying reason, and it is where Humanly is aimed.
For a team that already has an ATS it is happy with and only wants the first round taken off its recruiters, a five-product platform is more than the problem needs. In that case you are comparing Humanly's AI Interviewer against dedicated tools that publish a price, and the table gives you several. Our own guide to high volume hiring software sets out how to size that decision against recruiter hours.
The middle case turns on volume. Work out what the first round costs you today in recruiter time, multiply it out for a year, and ask every vendor to quote against that figure. A vendor that will not show a number before a discovery call is telling you something, and you are allowed to weigh it.
What are the alternatives to Humanly with published pricing?
Split them by who does the talking. Hireflix at $75 a month, Spark Hire from $249 and Willo from 49 pounds per role are one-way video tools: candidates record answers and someone on your team still watches and scores them. They are cheap because the labor stays with you. If you are leaving Humanly rather than buying it, our guide to Humanly alternatives compares nine of them on who conducts the first round.
Fabric, InterviewFlowAI and TalentSprout run the conversation with an AI agent and publish plans between $59 and $499 a month, usually with per-interview credits on top, so read the overage rate as carefully as the headline. CodeSignal publishes from $79 a month billed annually and is strongest for technical roles, which is not where Humanly competes.
We build an AI interview agent too, so treat this as a disclosed interest and check it rather than take it on faith. Ours is priced in public at $149, $399 and $999 a month on our pricing page, interviews every applicant by voice or video, asks its own follow-up questions and hands back a ranked shortlist with transcripts. If you are weighing Humanly against Paradox as well, our dated reading of Paradox pricing covers the other big high-volume vendor that does not publish, and Paradox competitors lays out the conversational hiring field.
How do you negotiate a Humanly quote?
Anchor first. Take the published band from the table, decide where your hiring volume puts you inside it, and write that number down before the call. Quote-only vendors price against your perceived budget, and walking in without an anchor is the most expensive mistake in this category.
Then get four things in writing: the unit of pricing (ask directly whether Humanly pricing per hire, per location, per seat or per year of platform access applies to you), the overage rate when you exceed it, any one-time implementation or integration fee, and the renewal uplift. Those four turn a headline figure into a three-year cost. Ask separately what an integration with your current ATS costs if you are not taking Humanly's own.
Finally, price the status quo. If first-round screening takes your team sixty recruiter hours a month, that is the budget you are really reallocating, and it is usually larger than any subscription on this page. Our breakdown of candidate screening software shows how teams run that math.
