Compare · HeyMilo pricing
HeyMilo pricing, HeyMilo AI cost, and the interview vendors that publish a price
The short answer
HeyMilo does not publish a price, so there is no public HeyMilo AI pricing to compare. When we loaded heymilo.ai/pricing on September 29, 2026 it returned a permanent redirect to a Book a Demo form, and the homepage carried no plan names and no dollar figure. The form asks for your recruiter headcount, your ATS, your monthly hires and your applicants per month, so a HeyMilo quote is sized on volume. Per-interview rates for HeyMilo circulate on competitor blogs, but none of them trace back to HeyMilo, so we do not repeat them. Nine of the fifteen vendors below publish a real price.
If you are pricing HeyMilo, it is probably already on a shortlist. It interviews candidates by phone and by two-way video, qualifies them over SMS and forms, and pushes scores into the ATS, which is the same first-round job a lot of US recruiting teams are trying to take off their recruiters this year. The problem is the budget line. Finance wants a figure and HeyMilo's site does not give one.
This page sets out what HeyMilo actually states about itself, read from its own pages on September 29, 2026, explains what its demo form reveals about how a quote is built, and puts fifteen interview vendors side by side with every published figure dated. We sell an AI interview agent ourselves, so treat that as a disclosed interest and check every row against the vendor before you sign anything.

Why it works
What your team gets with heymilo pricing
Priced in public
Plans are published at $149, $399 and $999 a month, so you can size the line item and work out cost per interview before you spend an hour on a demo.
Start this week
Pick the plan that fits this quarter's volume, run your first interviews without a scoping call, and move up, down or out as hiring changes.
Scores what candidates say
Every answer is scored against your written rubric from the transcript, not from facial or vocal cues, and candidates go to recruiter review, never auto-rejected.
What it handles
Interviewed, scored and shortlisted on autopilot
The agent invites each applicant, runs a role-tailored screening interview by voice or video, asks smart follow-ups, scores every answer against your rubric, and advances the strongest candidates into a ranked shortlist for your recruiters to review.
- Interviews every applicant on the req by voice or video without a recruiter attending
- Asks follow-up questions when an answer is vague or a claim needs testing
- Scores answers against the rubric you set, identically for every candidate
- Returns a ranked shortlist with transcripts and highlights your ATS can take
- Publishes what it costs instead of quoting you after a discovery call
Why InterviewAgent.ai
One agent that runs the whole first round
Not a one-way video tool, not a six-figure assessment suite, and not a staffing agency. Interview, score, rank and hand off in one place, shaped to the roles and rubric you already hire on.
Interviews every applicant
A role-tailored screening interview runs by voice or video, with smart follow-ups, on the candidate's schedule. Applicants consent and are told they are speaking with AI, so no qualified person waits days for a first call.
Scores to your rubric
Every answer is scored against the same structured rubric, with transcripts and highlights, so candidates are compared consistently and the scoring stays bias-audited against EEOC guidance and NYC Local Law 144.
Ranks the shortlist
The strongest candidates are advanced into a ranked shortlist your recruiters review. The agent never auto-hires or rejects, it only surfaces who to talk to next, and your team makes every decision.

Nine of the fifteen vendors above publish a price on their own site and six do not. We only print a figure we read on the vendor's own pricing page, on the date stated, and Willo is listed in the currency its page shows by default. HeyMilo was read on September 29, 2026 and the other rows on the date shown in each. If phone screening is the part you are pricing, our AI phone screening software pricing audit breaks the category down per completed screen.
How much does HeyMilo cost?
HeyMilo does not say. We requested heymilo.ai/pricing on September 29, 2026 and the server answered with a 301 redirect to heymilo.ai/book-a-demo. The destination is a demo request form. We then read the homepage source: the word pricing does not appear in its copy, there are no plan names, and there is not a single dollar figure on it. There is no self-serve checkout, so any HeyMilo price you see quoted elsewhere was not published by HeyMilo.
Several competitor blogs print per-interview rates for HeyMilo, with pay-as-you-go and contract tiers. Some of those numbers may be right, since vendors do share rate cards on calls. But we could not trace any of them to a HeyMilo page, the sites that publish them sell against HeyMilo, and a number you cannot source is the wrong anchor for a negotiation. We are not going to repeat them.
The useful move is to build the budget line from vendors that do publish. The table above gives you nine dated figures, from $59 a month for a pilot plan to $999 a month for a 2,000-interview tier. Take that band as your reference, then ask HeyMilo to quote the same monthly interview count so the two numbers can be compared on one unit.
How does HeyMilo pricing work?
HeyMilo does not describe its model in public, but its demo form tells you what the quote is built on. Before a sales call it asks for your company, your team size in recruiters, the ATS you run, your monthly hires on a scale from 10 to more than 10,000, and your applicants per month. Those are the inputs of a volume-based price, and there are no HeyMilo plans listed to choose between before that call. Recruiter seats matter less than how many candidates flow through the funnel each month.
The product scope matters too, because HeyMilo sells a wide suite. Its navigation, read September 29, 2026, lists in-ATS sourcing, resume scoring, SMS screening, eligibility forms, automated phone screens, scored two-way video interviews, scenario-based skill assessments, cheat detection sold as a standalone product called HeyMilo Red, scheduling, analytics, white labeling and enterprise services with a dedicated customer success manager and a forward deployed engineer. A quote for phone screens alone and a quote for the full funnel with white-labeled candidate flows are different purchases.
Its own analytics dashboard is described as tracking cost per interview, which is the right unit for you to use as well. Ask for the all-in cost per completed interview for the exact channels you will switch on, then divide any flat-plan vendor's monthly fee by the interviews it includes. Our Starter plan is $149 for up to 100 interviews a month, which is $1.49 an interview if you use them all, and Scale is $999 for up to 2,000, or about 50 cents.
- No published plans: heymilo.ai/pricing redirects to a demo form
- Quote inputs on the form: recruiter headcount, ATS, monthly hires and applicants per month
- Scope drives price: phone, video, SMS, forms, resume scoring, skill assessments and cheat detection are separate capabilities
- Enterprise services include a dedicated CSM and a forward deployed engineer
- Ask for cost per completed interview so the quote compares with flat monthly plans
Is HeyMilo priced per interview?
HeyMilo has not said so on its own site, so there is no published HeyMilo pricing per interview and no separate HeyMilo AI interviewer pricing, and the honest answer is that we do not know. What we can say is that everything visible points to a usage-driven quote rather than a per-seat licence. The demo form sizes you by hires and applicants rather than by users, the homepage sells on screening volume, and the analytics product reports cost per interview. That is consistent with per-interview or per-candidate billing, with a minimum or contract commitment on top, which is how most quote-only vendors in this table work.
Whatever unit HeyMilo quotes in, three questions settle the real cost. Is there a minimum monthly or annual commitment, and does unused volume roll over? Does a voice screen that ends in voicemail or a no-show count as a billable interview? And are SMS screening, skill assessments and cheat detection priced into the same unit, or added per candidate? The answers can move the effective price by more than the headline rate does.
Does HeyMilo offer a free trial?
Not a self-serve one that we could find. Every call to action on the homepage is Book a Demo, and the pricing address leads to the same form. There is a Sign In link for existing customers, but no signup path for a new account. A HeyMilo evaluation therefore starts with a sales conversation and, typically, a pilot scoped by HeyMilo's team.
Plan the pilot as if it were a purchase. Pick one real requisition with enough applicants to matter, write the rubric before the first interview, and have two recruiters score a sample of the same candidates independently so you can compare their ranking with the AI's. Ask up front whether pilot interviews are charged and whether that spend is credited against a contract.
If you would rather see a scored first round before any call, the interview agent at the top of this page runs one on a role you name and returns the transcript, the scores and the ranking.
What do you get with HeyMilo?
A broad first-round platform built for volume. HeyMilo describes itself as an AI recruiter for teams swamped by applications, and its homepage names corporate recruiting, staffing agencies, BPOs, data annotation projects and franchise networks as the teams it serves. It says it screens candidates 24 hours a day in more than 20 languages, holds SOC 2 Type II, is GDPR compliant and runs a monthly AI bias audit, with every score accompanied by written reasoning.
On integrations it is ahead of most of the table. Its FAQ names Greenhouse, Bullhorn, Avionte, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters and JobDiva, and its integrations menu adds UKG, iCIMS, SuccessFactors, Teamtailor, Salesforce, Workable and Manatal, with scores, PDF reports, transcripts and recordings synced back to the candidate record. It also offers an API and an MCP server. For an enterprise talent team on Workday or a staffing firm on Bullhorn, that breadth is a genuine reason to pay a quoted price.
Be precise about what you need, though. Multilingual SMS screening for 5,000 monthly BPO applicants is a different job from a structured 15-minute voice interview for 60 sales applicants a month. The first justifies an enterprise contract. The second is often better served by a published plan you can start this week.
Is HeyMilo worth it for a small recruiting team?
It depends on your volume, and HeyMilo's own positioning answers most of the question. Its site talks about high-volume enterprise hiring teams, thousands of candidates a week in its product screenshots, and a demo form whose monthly hires scale runs to 10,000 and more. A team of two recruiters hiring 15 people a month can still buy it, but it is paying for enterprise services and channel breadth it may not use.
Run the numbers from the other side. If each first-round phone screen takes a recruiter 20 minutes including notes and you run 200 a month, that is about 67 recruiter hours a month. Any tool in the table that removes most of those hours at a known monthly cost is worth a pilot. HeyMilo would probably save those hours. The open question is whether a quote sized for enterprise volume beats a $149 or $399 plan that saves the same hours at yours.
Small teams should also weigh time to launch. A quote-only vendor needs a demo, a scoping call, a pilot and a contract. A published plan needs a card. Neither is wrong, but if the requisitions are open now, speed is part of the price.
What are the alternatives to HeyMilo with published pricing?
Split them by who does the talking. Hireflix at $75 a month, Spark Hire from $249 and Willo from 49 pounds per role are one-way video tools: candidates record answers and someone on your team still watches and scores them, so the low price leaves the review labor with you. They are not really HeyMilo alternatives, because HeyMilo holds the conversation.
The like-for-like rivals are the AI interviewers that publish: Fabric from $199 a month, InterviewFlowAI from $59 plus per-interview credits, TalentSprout from $199, and us at $149, $399 and $999. Among the quote-only vendors that also conduct the interview, Alex by Apriora runs live voice and video interviews and is compared with HeyMilo on our Apriora competitors page, and Talview sells an AI interviewer called Ivy on a unit-based contract, covered on Talview pricing.
Our own AI interview agent is priced in public on our pricing page. It interviews every applicant by voice or video, asks its own follow-up questions, scores on what the candidate says against your written rubric, and hands back a ranked shortlist with transcripts. HeyMilo is broader, with SMS, forms, sourcing, cheat detection and more than 20 languages, and if those are requirements it deserves its demo. If what you need is the first-round interview itself, done consistently and at a known price, compare the field on AI interview software or read how phone-first tools differ on AI phone screening.
How do you negotiate a HeyMilo quote?
Anchor first. Before the call, write down your monthly applicants and interviews per role family, pick the published vendor in the table that best matches your volume, and calculate its cost per completed interview. Quote-only pricing is set against your perceived budget, and a written anchor is the only defense you have.
Then get six things in writing: the unit and the rate, whether per interview, per candidate or per hire; the minimum commitment and whether unused volume rolls over; which channels and add-ons are inside that rate; any implementation, integration or white-label fee; the pilot charge and whether it is credited against the contract; and the renewal uplift. Those six turn a verbal quote into a three-year cost you can put next to a flat plan.
Finally, price the status quo. Recruiter hours spent on first-round screens are usually the largest number in this decision, and they are the number a vendor will lean on. Work them out yourself first. Our breakdown of candidate screening software shows how teams run that math before they sign.
