Glider AI pricing and Glider AI cost compared with 10 AI interview and assessment tools
The short answer
Glider AI does not publish a price, so there is no public Glider AI pricing or cost per interview to quote. When we checked on October 9, 2026, glider.ai/pricing redirected to a pricing request address, which redirected again to the Book a Demo form, and no page on the site carried a plan name or a dollar figure. Findem, which announced its acquisition of Glider AI on March 19, 2026, does not publish a price either. If you want a published number to compare against, InterviewAgent.ai runs a scored AI first-round interview by voice or video from $149 a month for up to 100 interviews.
Glider AI started as a skills assessment company and now sells a broad hiring suite: technical, competency and behavioral assessments, coding simulations, autonomous AI video interviews, one-way video interviews, live coding interviews, an AI Interview Helper for recruiter-led calls, an AI recruiter that runs phone screens and outreach, ID verification, AI proctoring and learning tools. Its biggest buyers are enterprises, staffing firms and IT services companies. We build a competing AI interview agent, so we have an interest here, and we say so up front.
Glider AI does not print a price, and since March 2026 it is part of Findem, so the question of what you will pay now runs through a larger company. That makes it hard to benchmark before a sales call. This page sets out what Glider AI does publish, read from its own site on October 9, 2026, explains what a quote is likely to depend on, and compares it with ten interview tools, seven of which print a price. Where a figure is our calculation rather than a quote, we say so.

Why it works
What your team gets with Glider AI pricing
Priced in public
Plans are published at $149, $399, $999 and $1,998 a month, or half that billed yearly, so you can work out cost per interview before any call.
The interview, conducted
The agent asks the questions, follows up on thin answers and scores each one against your rubric, by voice, video or in writing.
A human makes the call
Every candidate reaches a recruiter with a transcript and the evidence behind each score. The agent never rejects anyone on its own.
What it handles
Interviewed, scored and shortlisted on autopilot
The agent invites each applicant, runs a role-tailored screening interview by voice or video, asks smart follow-ups, scores every answer against your rubric, and advances the strongest candidates into a ranked shortlist for your recruiters to review.
- Interviews every applicant by voice or video on the candidate's schedule
- Asks follow-up questions when an answer is vague
- Scores every answer against anchors your team wrote, identically for each candidate
- Returns a ranked shortlist with transcripts your recruiters can check in minutes
- Costs $0.25 to $1.49 per interview on published plans, with no cap on open roles
Why InterviewAgent.ai
One agent that runs the whole first round
Not a one-way video tool, not a six-figure assessment suite, and not a staffing agency. Interview, score, rank and hand off in one place, shaped to the roles and rubric you already hire on.
Interviews every applicant
A role-tailored screening interview runs by voice or video, with smart follow-ups, on the candidate's schedule. Applicants consent and are told they are speaking with AI, so no qualified person waits days for a first call.
Scores to your rubric
Every answer is scored against the same structured rubric, with transcripts and highlights, so candidates are compared consistently and the scoring stays bias-audited against EEOC guidance and NYC Local Law 144.
Ranks the shortlist
The strongest candidates are advanced into a ranked shortlist your recruiters review. The agent never auto-hires or rejects, it only surfaces who to talk to next, and your team makes every decision.

Seven of the eleven vendors publish a price on their own site and four do not. Glider AI is the only one of the four that changed owner this year, which matters at renewal. A UK government G-Cloud pricing document for a product called Glider Nexus also shows up for this search; it belongs to a different company that makes building information software, so ignore its figures. For the wider field see AI interview software.
How much does Glider AI cost?
Glider AI does not say, and there is no glider.ai pricing page left to read. On October 9, 2026 the address glider.ai/pricing returned a permanent redirect to glider.ai/pricing-request, which returned a second permanent redirect to the Book a Demo page. That page lists what the platform does and asks for your details; it shows no plan names, no seat counts and no dollar figures, and neither does any product page we read. Glider AI plans are not listed by name anywhere, so there is no Glider AI price list to compare against. Every one of them ends in a Book My Demo button.
Directory listings print estimates, and they disagree with each other on basics such as whether a free trial exists. None of the figures we found trace back to Glider AI or Findem, so we do not repeat them. A quote in writing is the only number worth comparing, and the questions further down this page are what decide it.
Glider AI cost in practice depends on which products you take. A staffing firm that only runs technical assessments is buying something very different from an enterprise that wants assessments, autonomous AI video interviews, an AI recruiter on the phone and ID verification on every candidate. Expect the quote to be built from modules and volume, and ask for Glider AI assessment pricing as a separate line from interviews so you can see what each part costs.
What does Glider AI include?
Glider AI sells five groups of products, and the site lists each one separately. Engage covers an agentic AI recruiter, an AI voice recruiter, text recruiting, phone screening and a chatbot. Verify covers Candidate 360, ID verification and AI proctoring. Assess covers technical, competency and behavioral assessments, coding simulations and an AI Assistant mode that tests how a candidate works with AI. Interview covers autonomous AI video interviews, one-way video interviews, live coding interviews and the AI Interview Helper. Learn covers learning and development software and AI role play.
For budgeting, the useful point is that interviewing is one group among five. If your problem is the first-round interview, ask for a quote on the interview products alone, and ask what the price becomes when assessments or ID verification are added, because bundles are often priced to make the add-on look free in year one.
- Engage: agentic AI recruiter, AI voice recruiter, text recruiting, phone screening and chatbot
- Verify: Candidate 360, ID verification and AI proctoring
- Assess: technical, competency and behavioral assessments, coding simulations and AI Assistant
- Interview: autonomous AI video interviews, one-way video, live coding interviews and AI Interview Helper
- Learn: learning and development software and AI role play
Does Glider AI conduct AI interviews?
Yes, on one of its four interview products. Glider AI describes its autonomous AI video interviews as running 24/7 with context-aware questions and natural follow-ups, and its own three-step outline has the AI generate role-specific questions from the job requirements, engage the candidate, and score the responses against a structured rubric for the hiring team to review. ID verification and proctoring run alongside.
The other three work differently. The one-way video product has candidates record answers to standardized prompts and the hiring team reviews them. Live coding interviews put a candidate in a cloud IDE with an interviewer. The AI Interview Helper supports a recruiter who runs the call, with prompts and scoring. When you ask for Glider AI interview pricing, name the product, and if the autonomous product is what you want, ask for Glider AI video interview pricing per completed interview: an autonomous AI interview and a one-way recording are not the same purchase, and the volume each one can handle without staff time is very different.
Did Findem acquire Glider AI?
Yes. Findem announced a definitive agreement to acquire Glider AI on March 19, 2026, and the Glider AI homepage now carries the news under the headline Findem Acquires Glider AI. Findem is a talent data and sourcing platform, and the companies describe the combination as one platform that delivers candidates with verified skills and confirmed identity. Financial terms were not disclosed.
For a buyer, an acquisition changes three things worth asking about: whether Glider AI will be sold on its own or bundled into a Findem contract, whether existing contract terms carry over at renewal, and whether the product roadmap you were sold still holds. Findem's own pricing address redirected to its platform page on October 9, 2026, with no figure there either, so Findem Glider AI pricing is still quote-only after the deal.
Who is Glider AI best for?
Glider AI fits organizations whose main risk is a candidate who cannot do the job or is not who they claim to be. Its strongest case is technical and IT staffing: coding simulations, live coding interviews, proctoring and ID verification in one place are exactly what a staffing firm needs before it presents a contractor to a client. Its solution pages name enterprise hiring, staffing firms, systems integrators, contingent workforce programs, airlines, banking and insurance, and its AI video interview page says it integrates with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday and Greenhouse. The demo page claims more than 500 enterprise customers.
It is a heavier purchase than a team needs if the bottleneck is simply the volume of first-round interviews for non-technical roles. A retail, healthcare or customer service team screening hundreds of applicants a month usually wants an interview conducted and scored quickly at a known price, not a five-part skills platform. For that job, compare it with a dedicated automated interview software tool.
What does Glider AI cost per interview compared with tools that publish a price?
You cannot work it out until you have a quote, so work out the alternatives first and take them into the call. Among tools where an AI conducts the interview and the price is public, Interviewer.AI works out to $2.77 to $6.65 per interview, Ribbon AI to $2.00 to $4.99, and our own plans to $1.49 per interview on Starter, $0.80 on Growth and $0.50 on Scale at monthly prices, and half that billed yearly. Those are floors that assume you use every included interview.
If you mainly want recorded one-way video, Hireflix is $75 a month billed yearly for unlimited responses under 50 employees and Spark Hire is $249 a month billed annually. Those numbers will not cover skills assessments, proctoring or ID checks, so compare like with like. The honest test for a Glider AI quote is cost per qualified candidate, including the recruiter hours each product still needs.
- Interviewer.AI: about $2.77 to $6.65 per AI interview, from its published credits
- Ribbon AI: about $2.00 to $4.99 per AI interview, billed annually
- InterviewAgent.ai: $1.49, $0.80 and $0.50 per conducted interview at monthly prices, half that billed yearly
- Glider AI: unknown until quoted; ask for a per-interview figure on the autonomous video product
What should you ask Glider AI before you sign?
Because the price is set per customer, the questions you ask decide what you pay. Go into the demo with your real interview and assessment volume for the last twelve months, the number of recruiters who will use it, and the systems it must connect to.
- Which products are in the quote, and what does each cost if we drop it?
- Is the price per candidate, per assessment, per interview, per recruiter seat or a platform fee?
- What happens when we exceed our expected volume in a busy month?
- Is the ATS integration with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Greenhouse included or a separate line?
- After the Findem acquisition, will renewal be on a Glider AI contract or a Findem contract, and is the uplift capped?
- How long are interview recordings and proctoring data kept, and can we set retention ourselves?
What are the alternatives to Glider AI with published pricing?
For an AI that conducts and scores the first-round interview with a price on the page, Interviewer.AI, Ribbon AI, Fabric and InterviewAgent.ai all publish one. We start at $149 a month for up to 100 interviews, or $888 a year, with no cap on open roles. For recorded one-way video, Hireflix, Spark Hire and Willo print prices.
If you need Glider AI's breadth of assessments and proctoring, the nearest rivals are HireVue, Vervoe and Jobma, and none of them publish a price either. Full plan detail is on our Interviewer.AI pricing, Ribbon AI pricing and Vervoe pricing pages, and staffing firms should read the staffing agency interview software page.
