Jobma pricing and Jobma cost compared with video and AI interview tools that publish a price
The short answer
Jobma does not publish a price, so there is no public Jobma pricing or cost per interview to quote. When we checked on October 3, 2026, jobma.com/pricing was a Request Pricing form, and its own FAQ answered "How much does a Jobma subscription cost?" with custom packages based on volume, integrations and feature needs. No plan names and no dollar figure appear in the page text or source. If you want a published number to compare against, InterviewAgent.ai runs a scored AI first-round interview by voice or video from $149 a month for up to 100 interviews.
Jobma sells a hiring platform that has grown well past the one-way video tool many buyers remember. It now covers recorded and live video interviews, an AI Interviewer it describes as agentic AI, skill and technical assessments, proctoring, scheduling and ATS integrations. Our own product does the AI first round, so we have an interest here, and we say so up front.
What Jobma does not do is tell you what any of that costs. This page sets out exactly what Jobma publishes, read from its own site on October 3, 2026, explains how a Jobma quote is likely to be put together, and compares twelve interview vendors with every published figure dated. We do not repeat third-party estimates, because none of them trace back to Jobma, and where we infer something we say so.

Why it works
What your team gets with Jobma pricing
Priced in public
Plans are published at $149, $399, $999 and $1,998 a month, or half that billed yearly, so you can work out cost per interview before a demo.
Interviews every applicant
The agent runs the first round by voice or video, day or night, asks follow-up questions when an answer is thin, and scores each one against your rubric.
Nobody watches a recording
Candidates land on a ranked shortlist with the transcript behind every score, so your recruiters read and decide instead of watching hours of video.
What it handles
Interviewed, scored and shortlisted on autopilot
The agent invites each applicant, runs a role-tailored screening interview by voice or video, asks smart follow-ups, scores every answer against your rubric, and advances the strongest candidates into a ranked shortlist for your recruiters to review.
- Interviews every applicant by voice or video on the candidate's schedule
- Asks follow-up questions when an answer is vague or a claim needs testing
- Scores every answer against anchors your team wrote, identically for each candidate
- Returns a ranked shortlist with transcripts your recruiters can check in minutes
- Publishes what it costs instead of quoting you after a discovery call
Why InterviewAgent.ai
One agent that runs the whole first round
Not a one-way video tool, not a six-figure assessment suite, and not a staffing agency. Interview, score, rank and hand off in one place, shaped to the roles and rubric you already hire on.
Interviews every applicant
A role-tailored screening interview runs by voice or video, with smart follow-ups, on the candidate's schedule. Applicants consent and are told they are speaking with AI, so no qualified person waits days for a first call.
Scores to your rubric
Every answer is scored against the same structured rubric, with transcripts and highlights, so candidates are compared consistently and the scoring stays bias-audited against EEOC guidance and NYC Local Law 144.
Ranks the shortlist
The strongest candidates are advanced into a ranked shortlist your recruiters review. The agent never auto-hires or rejects, it only surfaces who to talk to next, and your team makes every decision.

Eight of the twelve vendors publish a price on their own site and four do not. We print a figure only when we read it on the vendor's own pages on the date shown, and rows we did not re-read today keep their earlier date on purpose. One-way video tools are compared in more depth in our one-way video interview software pricing guide.
How much does Jobma cost?
Jobma does not say. On October 3, 2026 the pricing page carried the heading Customized Plans As Per Your Hiring Needs, a form that asks for your details, your country and how you heard about Jobma, and a button labeled Request Pricing. After you submit, the page asks you to book a meeting with the team. There were no plan names, no interview allowances and no dollar figure anywhere on the page, in the rendered text or in the page source.
Jobma's own FAQ is explicit about it. The question "How much does a Jobma subscription cost?" is answered with "We offer custom packages based on volume, integrations, and feature needs. Get in touch with our team to find the right plan for your hiring goals." So the honest answer to how much does Jobma cost is that nobody outside a sales conversation can tell you, and any figure you find on a review site is an estimate Jobma has not confirmed.
That matters more than it sounds, because Jobma is not one product. A team that only wants recorded video interviews and a team that wants the AI Interviewer, technical assessments and proctoring on top are buying very different things under the same name. Two quotes from Jobma can differ by far more than two quotes from different vendors.
How does Jobma pricing work?
The FAQ names the three inputs: volume, integrations and features. Volume most likely means how many candidates you interview or assess in a year. Integrations means which ATS connectors you need switched on. Features means which of Jobma's modules sit in your package: one-way video, live video and panel interviews, the autonomous AI Interviewer, skill assessments, technical coding tests, language proficiency tests, game-based assessments, proctoring and scheduling.
That is an inference from Jobma's own words, and it is the one most buyers reach. Ask early whether the commitment is a count of interviews, a count of candidates or a flat platform fee, whether unused volume rolls over, and whether the AI Interviewer is a separate line from recorded video. Ask too whether implementation is billed. Jobma says it assigns a dedicated team to integrate the platform with your workflow and onboard your recruiters, which is useful, and it is also the kind of work that sometimes shows up as a one-time fee.
Then check the ATS line on its own. Jobma lists integration partners and says it integrates with tools you already use. Confirm that your ATS is in the base package and not a paid connector, and ask whether the integration writes scores and recordings back to the candidate record or only pushes a link.
- No published price: jobma.com/pricing is a Request Pricing form, read October 3, 2026
- Jobma's FAQ says packages are priced on volume, integrations and feature needs
- Ask whether you are committing to interviews, candidates or a flat platform fee
- Get the AI Interviewer, assessments and proctoring priced as separate lines
- Ask whether implementation and onboarding carry a one-time fee
Does Jobma offer a free trial?
Not a self-serve one that we could find. Jobma's FAQ answers "How do I register?" with "To get started, book a demo or request pricing, and our team will tailor the setup based on your hiring needs." The site's main buttons are Request Demo and Get Pricing, and the log-in link is for existing customers. Some older directory listings still describe a pay-as-you-go start or a trial, but Jobma's own pages did not offer either when we read them on October 3, 2026.
An evaluation therefore starts with a sales call and, if it goes well, a scoped pilot. Run that pilot like a purchase. Choose one high-volume role, agree the pass bar with the hiring manager before any interview runs, and compare the platform's ranking with your recruiters' own verdict on the same candidates. If you would rather see a scored first round before any call, the interview agent at the top of this page runs one on a role you name and returns the transcript, the scores and the ranking.
Is the Jobma AI Interviewer priced separately?
Jobma does not say, which is exactly why it belongs on your question list. Its Autonomous AI Interviewing product is described as agentic AI: your team defines the interview structure, question types, difficulty and evaluation parameters, the AI asks adaptive follow-up questions in real time, a human interviewer can join an ongoing AI interview and take over, and the AI then evaluates the answers and writes summaries and recommendations. Jobma also says it flags red flags such as multiple faces, tab switching and outside help, and transcribes in over 60 languages.
On the same page Jobma cites an 80.7% interview completion rate, a 92.4% average candidate satisfaction rate and a 75% reduction in hiring costs. Those are Jobma's own figures, not independent ones, so ask how each was measured and on which customers. None of them tells you the price.
Because the AI Interviewer sits beside the recorded video product rather than replacing it, the likeliest structure is an add-on or a higher package. Ask for the per-interview cost of an AI-conducted interview specifically, and compare it with vendors that print one. On our own plans an AI interview costs $1.49 on Starter, $0.80 on Growth and about $0.50 on Scale, and how each answer is scored is set out on interview scorecard software.
How much does one-way video interview software cost?
Among the recording platforms that publish a price, entry plans on October 3, 2026 ran from $39 a month to $299 a month. Hirevire starts at $39 a month billed yearly for one open role. Hireflix charges $75 or $150 a month billed yearly, set by company size, with unlimited interviews. Spark Hire starts at $249 a month billed annually or $299 month to month. Willo shows pounds by default, with Lite at 49 pounds per live role and Enterprise from 2,999 pounds a year.
Every one of those tools records answers and leaves the watching to your team. That is the hidden cost in this category. Five 90-second answers from 300 applicants is about 37 hours of footage, and a recorded round only saves time if somebody is paid to watch it. Jobma, HireVue and a handful of AI-first vendors try to close that gap by having software conduct or score the interview, and that is usually where the quote rises.
- Hirevire: $39, $99 and $199 a month billed yearly, or $49, $149 and $249 monthly
- Hireflix: $75 or $150 a month billed yearly, by company size
- Spark Hire: from $249 a month billed annually or $299 month to month
- Willo: Lite 49 pounds per live role, Enterprise from 2,999 pounds a year
- Jobma, VidCruiter and HireVue: not published
What are the alternatives to Jobma with published pricing?
It depends which half of Jobma you are replacing. If you want recorded video interviews your team reviews, Hirevire, Hireflix, Spark Hire and Willo all print a price and do the same core job. If you want software that actually conducts the first round, asks follow-ups and scores the answers, the vendors that print a price are Classet from $249 a month, HappyFleet from $149, InterviewFlowAI from $59 plus credits, and us at $149, $399, $999 and $1,998 a month. A vendor-by-vendor guide is in our article on Jobma alternatives.
Pick on fit as well as price. Hirevire and Hireflix are the cheapest way to replace a phone screen with a recording, and they suit a small team that has time to watch. Spark Hire adds an ATS if you need one. Classet and HappyFleet run AI phone screens for frontline hiring. If you hire into many roles and want a scored shortlist instead of a pile of videos, compare the field on video interview software and AI interview software.
Our own plans are on the pricing page, with the interview count in every tier, monthly or yearly.
How do you negotiate a Jobma contract?
Anchor first. Before the call, count last quarter's first-round screens, the minutes each took and your recruiters' loaded hourly cost, then pick a published vendor from the table and know what it would cost you per candidate. That turns one quoted number into a comparison you control.
Then get six things in writing: the unit (per interview, per candidate or a flat fee), the committed minimum and what happens to unused volume, which modules are in the package and which are add-ons, which ATS connectors are included, whether implementation is billed, and the renewal uplift. Those six turn a demo quote into a three-year number.
Finally, check the duties that stay with you as the employer. Jobma says it is SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001 certified and supports GDPR, CCPA, EEOC, the Illinois AI Video Interview Act and NYC's automated employment decision tool rules. Those certifications cover Jobma. If its AI scores or ranks candidates you hire in New York City, Local Law 144 still requires your own annual independent bias audit and candidate notice. Our page on AI hiring compliance lists what to ask any vendor, Jobma included.
